    El problema de la constitución de la dimensión cultural, es decir, del “origen” de la cultura, está íntimamente relacionado con el problema de la libertad y de la intersubjetividad. La perspectiva filosófica interesada por el tema no puede ignorar estos vínculos si quiere lograr un análisis profundo de la relación constitutiva que está en la base de la génesis del acontecimiento cultural. A partir de las reflexiones elaboradas por autores como Heidegger, Ortega y Gasset, Cassirer etc., se podrá delinear una concepción de la cultura determinada, principalmente, como una decisión libre dentro de una necesidad relacional del ser humano con el entorno en el que tiene lugar su existencia. A partir de esta con- cepción, se podrá ver cómo la idea de “mundo” (entendido como “hogar” y “relación”) se constituye desde una orientación original de sentido. Una vez aclarado todo esto, finalmente será posible analizar dos cuestiones fundamentales: el mundo concebido como “hábitat” y la dinámica intercultural de la cultura

    The problem of the constitution of the cultural dimension, that is, of the “origin” of culture, is intimately related to the problem of freedom and intersubjectivity. The philosophical perspective interested in the subject, cannot ignore these links if it wants to achieve a deep analysis of the constitutive relationship that is at the base of the genesis of the cultural event. From the reflections elaborated by authors such as Heidegger, Ortega and Gasset, Cassirer etc., it will be possible to delineate a conception of the determined culture, mainly, as a free decision within a relational need of the human being with the environment in which his existence takes place. From this conception, we can see how the idea of “world” (understood as “home” and “relationship”) is constituted from an original direction of meaning. Once all this has been clarified, it will finally be possible to analyse two fundamental questions: the world conceived as “habitat” and the intercultural dynamics of culture.
