    El valor de los datos en la sociedad digital actual es indudable. La IA se nutre de ellos para aprender. En el presente artículo se analiza la necesidad o no de consentir para la disposición de sus datos, la necesaria protección en el tratamiento que debe otorgar la Administración Pública y la facultad que ostenta de compartirlos para un uso distinto para la finalidad para los que se recabaron si está justificado por un motivo de interés público. La transparencia, seguridad jurídica y el respeto a los derechos fundamentales del justiciable son principios esenciales que deben ser protegidos en el uso y tratamiento de datos personales. Se pueden utilizar mecanismos como la anonimización de los datos o la seudonimización de los mismo.

    The value of data in today’s digital society is undoubted. The AI feeds on them to learn. This article analyzes whether or not you need to consent to the provision of your data, the necessary protection in the treatment that the Public Administration must grant and the power it has to share them for a use other than the purpose for which they were collected if it is justified by a reason of public interest. Transparency, legal certainty and respect for the fundamental rights of individuals are essential principles that must be protected in the use and processing of personal data. Mechanisms such as data anonymization or pseudonymization can be used.
