    Se analizan en el presente estudio las más recientes Sentencias de la Sala Segunda del Tribunal Supremo sobre el delito contra "la Hacienda Pública"; el autor ya se había centrado en esta cuestión en la monografía que él mismo menciona, si bien extiende ahora sus estudios hasta la época más reciente, las cuestiones conocidas del citado delito aparecen en las páginas que siguen, tales como los supuestos en que se incide en dicha conducta, la autoría de las personas jurídicas, la tentativa, el partícipe a título lucrativo y los aspectos relacionados con la prescripción y con la liquidación vinculada al delito; expresión que aparece en la última reforma hasta ahora de la normativa por la que se regula el denominado "delito fiscal".

    This study analyzes the most recent Judgments of the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court on the crime against "the Public Treasury"; The author had already focused on this issue in the monograph that he himself mentions, although he now extends his studies to the most recent period, the known issues of the aforementioned crime appear in the following pages, such as the cases in which such conduct is involved, the authorship of legal persons, the attempt, the participant for profit and the aspects related to the statute of limitations and the liquidation linked to the crime, an exposition that appears in the latest reform so far of the regulations regulating the so-called "tax crime".
