    Se analizan las particularidades de la protección legal de los bienes integrantes del patrimonio minero industrial, el cual debe concebirse como un conjunto de elementos en constante evolución, paralela a la que viven la propia técnica y tecnología mineras, facilitando una lectura diacrónica de su conformación. Este análisis incorpora nuevas consideraciones sobre la convivencia entre conservación patrimonial y explotación industrial, aplicado al conjunto minero de Alquife (Granada).

    The particularities of the legal protection of the assets that make up the industrial mining heritage are analyzed, which must be conceived as a set of elements in constant evolution, parallel to that experienced by the mining technique and technology itself, facilitating a diachronic reading of its formation. This analysis incorporates new considerations on the coexistence between heritage conservation and industrial exploitation, applied to the Alquife mining complex (Granada).
