    En este artículo se explora la relación entre el pensamiento político de Noam Chomsky y la teoría de la justicia de John Rawls, estableciendo un diálogo crítico entre ambas perspectivas para identificar áreas de convergencia y divergencia. El objetivo es analizar cómo las ideas de Chomsky en torno a la justicia, la democracia y la responsabilidad moral pueden contribuir a la reflexión sobre la teoría de Rawls. Aunque Chomsky es reconocido principalmente por su trabajo en lingüística y crítica social, su obra también contiene una rica teoría política que sostiene que los poderosos utilizan la ideología para mantener su control sobre la sociedad. Por su parte, Rawls es reconocido por su teoría de la justicia como equidad, que se enfoca en la necesidad de organizar las sociedades de manera que todas las personas tengan una oportunidad justa de alcanzar sus objetivos.

    This research paper, explores the relationship between the political thinking of Noam Chomsky and the theory of justice by John Rawls, establishing a critical dialogue between both perspectives to identify areas of convergence and divergence. The objective is to analyze how Chomsky’s ideas about justice, democracy, and moral responsibility can contribute to the reflection on Rawls’ theory. While Chomsky is primarily recognized for his work in linguistics and social critique, his work also encompasses a rich political theory that asserts that the powerful use ideology to maintain control over society. On the other hand, Rawls is renowned for his theory of justice as fairness, which focuses on the need to organize societies in a way that provides all individuals with a fair opportunity to achieve their objectives.
