  El objeto del presente artículo es exponer que, entre los sectores incluidos en el mecanismo de ajuste en frontera por carbono, no se incluye uno de los sectores que más emisiones generan, como es el textil. Desde una perspectiva jurídica es posible incluirlo, además, utilizaremos paralelamente una fundamentación técnica que, por una parte, revela los datos de contaminación del sector textil, y por otra, muestra la posibilidad real de medir las emisiones generadas en tal sector, de manera que los textiles podrían ser incluidos en el mecanismo de ajuste en frontera.

  The aim of this article is to show that one of the sectors that generates the most emissions, the textile sector, is not included among the sectors included in the carbon border adjustment mechanism. From a legal perspective, it is possible to include it, and in parallel, we will use a technical justification that, on the one hand, reveals the pollution data of the textile sector, and on the other, shows the real possibility of measuring the emissions generated in this sector, so that textiles could be included in the border adjustment mechanism.
