La relativización de la moral en la era actual, ha repercutido directamente en un arte, que, pone de relieve, la necesidad de un quehacer hermenéutico, cuyas herramientas permitan no solo la mejor comprensión de obras de arte propias de la vanguardia neo-conceptual, sino también, su confrontación desde un debate ético y deontológico, agudizando la necesidad de un estudio crítico alrededor de las subjetivaciones afectivas en el arte contemporáneo. En el presente texto, se realiza una fusión de horizontes entre la mirada fenomenológica y la mirada ética, buscando puntos de retorno para la interpretación hermen-ética, una novedosa propuesta en pos del entendimiento de algunas de las más radicales prácticas artísticas actuales.

The relativization of morality in the current era has had a direct impact on art, which highlights the need for a hermeneutical task, whose tools allow not only the better understanding of works of art typical of the neo-conceptual avant-garde, but also, its confrontation from an ethical and deontological debate, sharpening the need for a critical study around affective subjectivations in contemporary art. In this text, a fusion of horizons is carried out between the phenomenological perspective and the ethical perspective, seeking return points for the hermetic-ethical interpretation, a novel proposal in pursuit of the understanding of some of the most radical current artistic practices.
