    El patrimonio artístico de la villa de El Bonillo ha sido objeto de estudio desde hace tiempo, buena prueba de ello son los numerosos trabajos acerca del mismo, resultado de las investigaciones de diversos autores. Como una contribución más, el presente artículo está dedicado al retablo de la ermita de la Pura, una obra de finales del siglo XVII, que hasta ahora había pasado desapercibida.

    The artistic heritageof the town of El Bonillo has been subject of study for the time being and, as such, it has been proven by a wide range of research, producto of the dedication of manifold authors in the fiel. As another contribution, the present article delves into the altarpiece of Pura´s hermitage in the mentioned town, from the end of the 17th century, a piece which has gone unnoticed until current times.
