    El Carnaval de Cádiz se ha venido, habitualmente, escribiendo en masculino. Se ha olvidado de una importantísima parte de la población. La mujer reivindica no solo su presencia sino que, igualmente, se haga saber de su ausencia. La reflexión se hace fuerte en el presente artículo que, con la intención de divulgar una vulgar realidad, reivindica que se haga público la realidad omitida. En este caso, son las mujeres quienes suscriben una evidencia. Son las mujeres del carnaval de Cádiz las que toman la palabra, pues les pertenece y no se van a callar. Un recorrido en femenino que, sin duda alguna, hacía falta para empezar a escribir o rescribir una de las páginas sin apenas letra y música (en femenino) del carnaval gaditano.

    The Carnival of Cádiz has usually been written in masculine terms. A very important part of the population has been forgotten. Women demand not only their presence, but also that their absence be made known. The reflection is strong in this article which, with the intention of divulging a vulgar reality, demands that the omitted reality be made public. In this case, it is the women who underwrite an evidence. It is the women of the Cadiz carnival who take the floor, because it belongs to them and they will not be silenced. A feminine journey that was undoubtedly necessary to begin to write or rewrite one of the pages with hardly any lyrics and music (in feminine) of the Cadiz carnival.
