    Desde que surgen las democracias modernas, dos elementos, entre otros, han supuesto un riesgo y amenaza para su estabilidad. Dichos riesgos son los flujos migratorios y el terrorismo.

    Tras el 11 de septiembre de 2001 con los ataques contra los símbolos económicos y militar de los Estados Unidos por parte de Al Qaeda, el mundo toma conciencia de la globalización del terrorismo yihadista, que, como buen virus, sabe utilizar diversos campos para llevar a buen término sus actos. Uno de esos campos, es la inmigración, que, desde la aparición del yihadismo, en los años 70 del siglo pasado en Egipto, ha sido utilizado por los dos grandes “multinacionales” del terror yihadista, como son Al Qaeda y Daesh, y sus franquicias. A su vez, desde hace unos años, se pretende establecer una relación directa de la inmigración y el terrorismo yihadista, con el consiguiente mensaje de odio. En el presente trabajo, se pretenden reflejar, los datos de los condenados por terrorismo yihadista en España, en el periodo 2015- 2021, para establecer un perfil de los condenados en función del sexo, nacionalidad y edad, con el propósito de establecer si existe esa relación y sobre todo las tendencias de los años posteriores.

    Since the emergence of modern democracies, two elements, among others, have posed a risk and threat to their stability. These risks are migratory flows and terrorism. After 9/11 and the attacks against the economic and military symbols of the United States by Al Qaeda, the world became aware of the globalization of jihadist terrorism, which, like a good virus, knows how to use various fields to carry out its acts successfully. One of these fields is immigration, which since the emergence of jihadism in Egypt in the 1970s has been used by the two major “multinationals” of jihadist terror, such as Al Qaeda and Daesh, and their franchises. At the same time, for some years now, a direct relationship between immigration and jihadist terrorism has been established, with the consequent hate message. In this paper, we intend to reflect, the data of those convicted of jihadist terrorism in Spain, in the period 2015-2021, to establish a profile of those convicted according to sex, nationality and age, in order to establish whether there is such a relationship and especially the trends in subsequent years.
