    El presente trabajo se centra en el análisis de las teorías morales y destaca el atractivo singular del utilitarismo frente a otras corrientes éticas. ¿Qué hace interesante optar por la teoría moral utilitarista? La tesis que se propone sostiene que el utilitarismo se distingue por su capacidad de reconstruir y adaptarse tanto a la naturaleza humana como al constante cambio del contexto social. De este modo, esta teoría cuando ha sido objeto de críticas, ha demostrado una notable capacidad para revisar y aprender de sus errores, más aún, ha evolucionado en sus premisas para adaptarse a las complejidades de la realidad, un rasgo que la distingue de otras teorías morales que no logran mantener su atractivo en contextos cambiantes. Para respaldar esta afirmación, se procederá primero a examinar las teorías morales fundamentales y su atractivo inherente, posteriormente se identificarán las inconsistencias en cada una de ellas. Luego, se cuestionará la validez de la teoría moral utilitarista, pero finalmente se justificará la tesis propuesta como respuesta fundamental.

    The present work focuses on the analysis of moral theo- ries and highlights the unique appeal of utilitarianism compared to other ethical currents. What makes opting for utilitarian moral theory interesting? The proposed thesis argues that utilitarianism stands out for its ability to reconstruct and adapt both to human nature and to the constant change of social context. Thus, when this theory has been subjected to criticism, it has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to revise and learn from its mistakes; moreover, it has evolved in its premises to adapt to the complexities of reality, a trait that distinguishes it from other moral theories that fail to maintain their appeal in changing contexts. To support this claim, we will first examine fundamental moral theories and their inherent appeal, then identify inconsistencies in each of them. Next, the validity of utilitarian moral theory will be questioned, but ultimately, the proposed thesis will be justified as a fundamental response.
