    La intervención se ha llevado a cabo sobre la versión portuguesa del Tratado de Tordesillas, testimonio histórico de un gran hito diplomático que registró el entendimiento pacífico entre España y Portugal por el reparto del Nuevo Mundo. La restauración del documento, que se encuentra entre los fondos del Archivo General de Indias, se centró en el enlace textil, aunque implicó un importante trabajo interdisciplinar debido a los múltiples materiales de la pieza.

    The intervention was carried out on the Portuguese version of the Treaty of Tordesillas as a historical testimony of a great diplomatic milestone that recorded the peaceful understanding between Spain and Portugal for the division of the New World. The restoration of the document, which is among the collections of the Archive of the Indies, focused on the textile link, although it involved significant interdisciplinary work due to the different materials that constitute it.
