In the current context, it is evident that there has been a decline in the quality of judicial services offered. The lack of adequate resources, outdated procedures, and an overwhelming workload have contributed to the slowness and lack of agility in case resolution. In the legal field, these technologies are transforming the way justice is administered. Therefore, the General Objective of the research is defined as analyzing the impact of disruptive technologies on the administration of justice in Ecuador, with the aim of proposing strategies to improve access, efficiency, and transparency of the judicial system. Various theoretical and analytical methods and specialized information search techniques are applied. As a result of the research, it can be said that Ecuador still has a limited general vision regarding the use of technologies. It is observed that the Constitutional Court of Ecuador has reinforced the need to use technologies in the judicial sphere to ensure access and the protection of rights, especially in exceptional situations such as a pandemic. Therefore, it is the responsibility of judicial administrators to adopt and use these tools effectively and equitably to strengthen the legal system and promote justice for all.
