The lack of complementary alternative services to catering, the lack of knowledge of the population in the implementation of guidelines that lead to the diversification of services, and the deficient application of procedures, policies, norms in tourist activities, are factors that have affected profitability. in the economic, sustainable growth of businesses, and in the improvement of the quality of life of the population. The purpose of the research is to design a management model, for the tourist development of the Rambuche community, Canton-Jama, to arrange the articulation, community-governmental entities-market and current regulations. The investigative methodology is empirical, descriptive with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results show that they lack complementary services to the restoration and the inhabitants require alternatives such as: accommodation, agro-ecotourism, cultural and sporting events, animation, ecotourism trails among others, for community tourism development; for which a management model has been developed to achieve the proposed objective of the investigation.
