The objective of the investigation is based on the analysis of citizen participation in decision-making with critical-formative capacity in any disciplinary context, from the perspective of transformation in citizen educational processes the methods applied were the qualitative and quantitative type of descriptive investigation based on citizen participation, the technique used was the survey, the instrument was validated its reliability from the alpha of Cronbach’s Alpha giving as a result 0,90. The diagnosis made it possible to verify that citizen participation in decision-making is of vital importance, because this leads to awareness of responsibility in public and community affairs, operating the acquisition of skills to which everyone contributes from their faculties and positive citizen attitudes , because of which to assume the different processes through which citizens seek to share common decisions exercising their democratic rights free of thought and without excluding any one, it is decided, every citizen has a right to influence public management, only as such is part of it of the good commonwealth, responding to the needs of the community and the surroundings.
