The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the circular economy and business sustainability in an agricultural sugar company in Peru; the methodology used was quantitative, non-experimental design, transectional and correlational. The sample was made up of 291 workers of the agricultural sugar company. The survey was used as a data collection technique and a questionnaire was designed with 24 Likert scale items, which obtained a reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0,801. The results show that with an asymptotic significance of less than 0,05 (p<0,05), a positive and moderate correlation of 0,541 the circular economy has a direct relationship with business sustainability, therefore, there is a regular circular economy, that is, there is a measured application of the actions of regenerate, share, optimize, close the circle, digitize and replace that allow transition to the circular economy, leading to a regular business sustainability over time.
