    Este artículo es el resultado de un proceso investigativo inmerso en la caracterización de empresas familiares de la ciudad de la ciudad de Ibagué-Tolima. Su objetivo principal es analizar la tecnología administrativa, financiera y organizacional implementada en dichas unidades de negocio. Esta es una investigación con enfoque cualitativo - descriptivo con el diseño y aplicación de una encuesta semiestructurada de profundidad, ajustada a un estudio de caso en las empresas Repuestos Originales MMK MotoMarket 24 y Construcielos S.A.S., cuyas características Pyme, comúnmente, son operadas por el mismo núcleo familiar. Conviene mencionar la identificación de factores tecnológicos imperativos concernientes a la innovación, las habilidades empresariales, estructuras de trabajo, competitividad sistémica, profesionalización, planeación estratégica y uso de TIC`S; en definitiva, el (la) gerente debe tener capacidades y habilidades para la toma de decisiones frente a los cambios organizacionales que se realicen. A su vez la investigación servirá como insumo para otros estudios relacionados.

    The article is the result of an investigative process immersed in the characterization of Family Businesses in the city of Ibagué-Tolima. Its main objective is to analyze the administrative, financial and organizational technology implemented in these business units. It is a research with a qualitative - descriptive approach with the design and application of a semi-structured in-depth survey, adjusted to a case study with the companies: Repuestos Originales MMK MOTOMARKET 24 and CONSTRUCIELOS S.A.S., therefore, these types of organizations have characteristics - Pymes. , are commonly operated by the same family unit. This is the case of the identification of imperative technological factors concerning innovation, business skills, work structures, systemic competitiveness, professionalization, strategic planning and use of TIC`s. In short, the manager must have the skills and abilities to make decisions in the face of the organizational changes that are made. In turn, the research will serve as input for other related studies.
