COVID-19: Problemática en la atención al usuario del Hospital San Jerónimo de Montería-Córdoba.

    El objetivo principal de esta investigación es presentar la situación que afronta el Hospital San Jerónimo del Municipio de Montería (Córdoba) en relación a la emergencia sanitaria de COVID-19, que ha afectando a la población de manera global y, por ende, a todos los procesos de atención de la Empresa Sociales del Estado (ESE). El enfoque de esta investigación es de carácter documental, cuyo diseño bibliográfico permitió recolectar la información requerida para la construcción de este artículo de reflexión a partir de los documentos de indagación, reportes noticiosos, entrevistas, entre otros. Mediante el análisis de escritos, leyes, teóricos, se hizo una clasificación de las información más importante y útil en la estructura del trabajo. Por consiguiente, se verificó que el contexto de la ESE su situación es precaria, hasta el punto de encontrarse en la actualidad intervenida por la Superintendencia de Salud. Este hecho genera preocupación a la sociedad, si se tiene aún más en cuenta que la entidad presta servicios a la colectividad monteriana, al departamento y comunidades circunvecinas. La exploración bibliográfica, propositivamente, expone los retos de las autoridades político-administrativas frente al correcto funcionamiento de la ESE, para emprender acciones encaminadas a dar participación a los entes privados, asociaciones, y representantes de la comunidad civil, de acuerdo a las normas expedidas por parte del legislativo para contrarrestar los efectos de la pandemia.

    The main objective of this research is to present the situation facing the Hospital San Jerónimo in the municipality of Monteria - Córdoba in relation to the health emergency (COVID-19), a virus that has been affecting the population globally and therefore all processes ESE attention The investigative approach is documentary, which allowed the development of a bibliographic design, in which the information required for the construction of this reflection article could be collected using investigative documents, news reports, interviews, among others; allowing the analysis of writings, laws, theorists, making a classification of the most important, and useful in the structure of work. Consequently, it was verified that the E.E.S context is not the best in terms of economic solvency, which allows it to face the current scenario of the epidemic to the point of being currently intervened by the Health Superintendence, which It generates concern for society in general, if one takes into account that the entity provides services to the community of Monterrey, the department and surrounding communities. The bibliographic exploration accepted to conclude that the political-administrative authorities have a very significant challenge and that is to guarantee the functioning of ESE in the first place, to carry out actions aimed at involving private entities, associations, and representatives of the civil community, putting It practices all the norms that were issued by the legislature, which will allow to counter the pandemic that threatens to extinguish humanity.
