    La Geografía de la Percepción y el abordaje cultural constituyen enfoques enriquecedores de análisis en el reconocimiento de los significados que los habitantes del espacio urbano les asignan a los problemas que enfrentan en su vida cotidiana. En la ciudad de Bahía Blanca, el barrio Villa Talleres manifiesta inconvenientes derivados de su vulnerabilidad física, aspectos que se evidencian en la ocurrencia de inundaciones y anegamientos. En la presente investigación, de carácter cualitativa, se realizan entrevistas semiestructuradas a los vecinos del barrio y se recopila información acerca de las experiencias vividas por los habitantes de la ciudad en el periodismo televisivo, digital y en las redes sociales. A modo de resultados preliminares, se advierte que la percepción social que los vecinos elaboran del barrio responde a una imagen de abandono relacionada con los problemas que enfrentan, pero al mismo tiempo, caracterizada por una gran cohesión social derivada de las actividades comunitarias que allí se desarrollan.

    The Geography of Perception and the cultural approach are enriching approaches to analysis in the recognition of the meanings that the inhabitants of urban space assign to the problems they face in their daily lives. In the city of Bahía Blanca, the Villa Talleres neighborhood manifests disadvantages derived from its physical vulnerability, aspects that are evident in the occurrence of floods and waterlogging. In this research, qualitative interviews are conducted semi-structured neighborhood residents and information is collected about the experiences lived by the inhabitants of the city in television, digital journalism and social networks. As preliminary results, it is noticed that the social perception that the neighbors elaborate of the neighborhood responds an image of abandonment related to the problems they face, but at the same time, characterized by a great social cohesion derived from the community activities that take place there.
