  En este trabajo se analiza la reciente OC 28/21 de la Corte IDH sobre reelecciones presidenciales indefinidas. Se comparte su contenido en lo que hace a la definición del alcance de los Derechos Humanos comprometidos en las cuestiones planteadas, pero se señala un exceso en el ejercicio de la función consultiva en uno de los puntos tratados en esa OC.

  This paper analyzes the recent OC 28/21 of the Inter-American Court on indefinite presidential re-elections. Its content is shared regarding the definition of the human rights involved in the issues raised, but an excess is noted in the exercise of the advisory function in one of the points dealt with in that OC.
