    Se expone el texto de la conferencia impartida por el autor, así como otras consideraciones de los otros ponentes que intervinieron en la Jornada sobre el proyecto de Ley de Movilidad Sostenible, concluyéndose que el texto es manifiestamente mejorable, debiendo de eliminarse el artículo 50 del mismo.

    The work includes the transcript of the conference given by the author as well as the interventions of the other speakers who took part in the Conference on the Draft Law on Sustainable Mobility, concluding that the text is clearly improvable, and that article 50 should be removed.
