  • This article deals with the topic of active labour policy measures in the era of the Jobs Act, with the analysis of the organizational model of the employment services. The author, from a pragmatic point of view, focuses mainly on the regulation of the unemployment status and the principle of conditionality. In light of recent trends, this article seeks to increase the knowledge of how to design and implement active labour policy measures in Italy
