    Ecoa no título deste número da Revista Limite aquele que Agustina escolheu para a sua narrativa biográfica sobre Vieira da Silva, a lembrar “o que [lhe] diziam quando se tratava de protelar um assunto, de o fazer amadurecer na lânguida separação do inadiável.” Escolhemo-lo, nós também, não pela dilação na homenagem, neste tempo certo do centenário do nascimento, mas porque acreditamos que os cem anos que se comemoram transportarão consigo a incomensurabilidade dos dias da memória perene de Agustina e da sua obra. Neste número da Revista Limite reunimos ensaios e testemunhos de vários autores que se debruçam sobre diversos aspectos da produção literária de Agustina. Pretendemos assim homenagear a sua contribuição inestimável para a cultura portuguesa.

    The title of this issue of Limite Magazine echoes the one that Agustina chose for her biographical narrative about Vieira da Silva, recalling "what [her] was told when it came to postponing a subject, of making it mature in the languid separation of the unpostponable." We chose it, we too, not because of the delay in the tribute, at this certain time of the centenary of her birth, but because we believe that the hundred years that are celebrated will carry with them the incommensurability of the days of the perennial memory of Agustina and her work. In this issue of Limite Magazine we bring together essays and testimonies from various authors who focus on various aspects of Agustina's literary production. We thus intend to honor his invaluable contribution to Portuguese culture.
