    El desarrollo científico tecnológico alcanzado y la práctica social ratifican en los últimos años elvalor que tiene el perfeccionamiento del proceso pedagógico para favorecer la formación integral de los estudiantes; para lograr esta aspiración, constituye una necesidad imprescindible, su atención, de manera que se promuevan formas de sentir, pensar y actuar de acuerdo con sus particularidades individuales, intereses y necesidades sociales que le permitan asumir una concepción científica del mundo y prepararse para la vida. En tal sentido en el municipio Manzanillo, se desarrolla un Proyecto institucional que se enmarca en la solución de problemáticas que han sido identificadas por el Ministerio de Educación como necesarias a resolver desde la investigación. De manera que el problema al que se pretende dar solución con este proyecto es: Insuficiencias teórico-metodológicas en la gestión de los procesos pedagógicos vinculados a los diferentes niveles educativos, que limitan la calidad del aprendizaje y la educación. Tiene como objetivo, perfeccionar el proceso pedagógico de la Educación en Manzanillo, a partir del mejoramiento de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje y educacionales de los diferentes niveles educativos, así como contribuir a una mayor eficacia y eficiencia de dichos procesos en función del desarrollo sostenible del municipio Manzanillo. Fue necesaria, desde la dialéctica materialista, la utilización de métodos teóricos y empíricos como forma de asimilación teórica y práctica de la realidad. Así, se presenta la estrategia, que se propone como resultado científico práctico, que permitirá alcanzar el objetivo propuesto.

    The scientific technological attained development and the social practice ratify the value that has the perfecting of the pedagogic process to favor the students' integral training of late years; In order to achieve this aspiration, constitute an essential need, your attention, so that the forms to feel, to think and to act according to his individual particularities, interests and social needs that be allowed to promote assuming a scientific worldly conception themselves and getting ready for life. In such sense at the municipality Olive Tree, you develop an institutional Project that is delimited in the solution of problematic that they have been identified by the Ministry Of Education like necessary to resolve from investigation. So that the problem one intends to open into solution with this project is: Theoretic insufficiencies methodological in the step of the pedagogic processes once the different educational levels were entailed on, that they limit the quality of learning and the education. You have like objective, making perfect the pedagogic process of the Education in Manzanillo, as from the improvement of the processes of teaching learning and educational of the different educational levels, as well as contributing to a bigger efficacy and efficiency of the aforementioned processes in terms of the sustainable development of the municipality Olive Tree. It was necessary, from the materialistic dialectics, the utilization of theoretic methods and empiricists like form of theoretic assimilation and practice of reality. That way, you encounter the strategy, that practical scientist is proposed as a result, that it will allow attaining the proposed objective.
