    La Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica (UNH) es una institución representativa de la región central del país, y en su esencia es “…una comunidad académica del más alto nivel orientada a la investigación y a la docencia que brinda una formación humanística, científica, tecnológica e innovadora con responsabilidad social y consciente de la realidad nacional multicultural.”  En este sentido, a través de sus Facultades, Escuelas Profesionales y diversas unidades busca la generación de desarrollo, apostando por la ciencia, el conocimiento, la tecnología, la cultura mediante actividades de extensión y proyección hacia nuestras comunidades.

    Así, nuestra querida UNH preocupada por satisfacer la creciente demanda de información de calidad y atención a nuestros hermanos huancavelicanos y peruanos, pone sus recursos disponibles y capital humano a disposición del país, ofreciendo sus habilidades y competencias para el logro de objetivos concretos locales, regionales y nacionales. En este escenario, la generación y difusión de conocimiento es de vital importancia para lograr tal fil. Con esta consigna, compartimos con nuestro país y el mundo las investigaciones que nuestros investigadores van desarrollando en sus diferentes manifestaciones y ofrecemos al lector un panorama importante que nace desde la región central del país.

    Finalmente, este compromiso es posible gracias al apoyo y respaldo institucional como por aquellas personas que están detrás de las letras que se verterán en las próximas páginas. Sin duda nuestro reconocimiento y aprecio sempiterno para todos aquellos que hacen posible Oeconomicus UNH.

    The National University of Huancavelica (UNH) is an institution representative of the central region of the country, and in its essence is "...an academic community of the highest level oriented to research and teaching that provides a humanistic, scientific, technological and innovative training with social responsibility and aware of the multicultural national reality".  In this sense, through its Faculties, Professional Schools and various units seeks to generate development, betting on science, knowledge, technology, culture through outreach activities and projection to our communities.

    Thus, our beloved UNH, concerned about satisfying the growing demand for quality information and attention to our Huancavelican and Peruvian brothers, puts its available resources and human capital at the disposal of the country, offering its skills and competencies for the achievement of concrete local, regional and national objectives. In this scenario, the generation and dissemination of knowledge is of vital importance to achieve this goal. With this slogan, we share with our country and the world the research that our researchers are developing in its different manifestations and we offer the reader an important panorama that comes from the central region of the country.

    Finally, this commitment is possible thanks to the institutional support and backing as well as to those people who are behind the letters that will be poured in the next pages. Undoubtedly, our recognition and everlasting appreciation to all those who make Oeconomicus UNH possible.
