  El propósito de la presente investigación se centró el determinar la aplicación de las habilidades blandas en los estudiantes del nivel secundario de la institución educativa Santa Rita del distrito del Agustino durante el año 2023, el estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo cuasi experimental en al que la muestra seleccionada fue no probabilística e intencional por la facilidad que los investigadores tenían por trabajar en el mismo distrito, el instrumento que se utilizo fue un cuestionario de 21 items y estuvo estructurado en tres dimensiones habilidades liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, gestión de conflictos, se ha tomado además las evaluaciones de pre test y postest se utilizó la prueba de normalidad del estadístico de Shapiro wilk mostrando que los resultado no tenían distribución normal y se aplicó la prueba estadística de U-Mann-_Whitney.

  The purpose of this research focused on determining the application of soft skills in secondary level students of the Santa Rita educational institution in the Agustino district during the year 2023, the study has a quasi-experimental quantitative approach in which the sample The selection was non-probabilistic and intentional due to the ease with which the researchers worked in the same district. The instrument used was a 21-item questionnaire and was structured in three dimensions: leadership skills, teamwork, and conflict management. In addition, taking the pre-test and post-test evaluations, the normality test of the Shapiro Wilk statistic was used, showing that the results did not have a normal distribution and the U-Mann-_Whitney statistical test was applied.
