    En la última década, la inteligencia artificial (IA) ha comenzado a jugar un papel crucial en la transformación de la práctica del sistema jurídico e interpretación de las normas contenidas en los textos constitucionales e infra constitucionales. Este artículo examina cómo las herramientas de IA están modificando la práctica jurídica mediante la automatización de tareas rutinarias, la mejora en la eficiencia operativa, y la capacidad para predecir resultados judiciales. Se analizan tanto los beneficios como los desafíos que esta tecnología presenta para abogados y tribunales, proporcionando una visión integral del impacto actual y futuro de la IA en el ámbito legal.

    In the last decade, artificial intelligence (AI) has begun to play a crucial role in transforming the practice of the legal system and the interpretation of the norms contained in constitutional and infra-constitutional texts. This article examines how AI tools are changing legal practice by automating routine tasks, improving operational efficiency, and being able to predict judicial outcomes. Both the benefits and challenges that this technology presents for lawyers and courts are analyzed, providing a comprehensive overview of the current and future impact of AI in the legal field.
