    La presente investigación cuyo propósito general fue analizar la gestión del capital social en las organizaciones públicas, se sustenta doctrinalmente con los autores; Atria (2003), Ramírez (2005), Bernal (2007), Putnam (2000), Serrano (2002), Elkin (2007) y otros. En la actualidad, se puede evidenciar, que las entidades deben tener la disposición a implementar acciones en pro de la perfección duradera; y de contribuir a desarrollar prácticas con responsabilidad entre el servidor público con el cliente/usuario, aplicando elementos del capital social. En el itinerario epistémico y metodológico de la indagación; fue de carácter cualitativo bajo el método fenomenológico. De acuerdo, con los resultados y descubrimientos mediante el memo integrador de las categorías emergentes; se infiere que estas instituciones les corresponden crear sinergia en las cualidades de estudio, con la finalidad de propender a un mejoramiento continuo, basado en la confianza, honestidad, inteligencia corporativa, con la articulación del talento humano.

    The present investigation, whose general purpose was to analyze the management of social capital in public organizations, is doctrinally supported by the authors; Atria (2003), Ramírez (2005), Bernal (2007), Putnam (2000), Serrano (2002), Elkin (2007) and others. Currently, it can be seen that entities must be willing to implement actions in favor of lasting perfection; and to contribute to developing responsible practices between the public servant with the client / user, applying elements of social capital. In the epistemic and methodological itinerary of the inquiry; It was qualitative in nature with a post-positivist approach, and the use of the phenomenological method. In agreement, with the results and discoveries through the integrating memo of the emerging categories; it is inferred that these institutions correspond to create synergy in the qualities of study, in order to tend to continuous improvement, based on trust, honesty, corporate intelligence, with the articulation of human talent.
