    El Código Geoespacial del Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) de España, sistematizado por el Abogado y Doctor en Derecho Efrén Díaz Díaz, integra más de cien normas sobre aspectos espaciales terrestres, marítimos, aéreos y ultraterrestres, con implicaciones civiles y militares en España. Destaca la importancia de los datos y servicios geoespaciales en disciplinas técnicas y jurídicas, ofreciendo una visión normativa amplia y multidisciplinar. La interoperabilidad jurídica de la geoinformación es clave para resolver problemas normativos y técnicos, y es esencial para la accesibilidad y reutilización de datos. El Código busca superar visiones parciales y consolidar una visión holística, armonizando la realidad física con sus representaciones catastrales y registrales. Facilita la integración de profesionales técnicos y jurídicos, mejora la coordinación institucional, y promueve el desarrollo del sector espacial ultraterrestre y la regulación del Espacio Exterior. Proporciona una estructura legal integral para Cartografía, Topografía, Abogacía, Notariado, Catastro Inmobiliario, Registro de la Propiedad y actividades en Espacio Ultraterrestre. Además, contempla la coordinación entre el Doble Uso Civil y Militar en industrias geoespaciales y aeroespaciales, para la prevención del contrabando y terrorismo.

    The Geospatial Code of the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) of Spain, systematized by Lawyer and Doctor of Law Efrén Díaz Díaz, integrates over a hundred regulations on terrestrial, maritime, aerial, and outer space aspects, with civil and military implica-tions in Spain. It highlights the importance of geospatial data and services in technical and legal disciplines, offering a broad and multidisciplinary normative vision. The legal interoperabili-ty of geoinformation is key to solving normative and technical problems and is essential for data accessibility and reuse. The Code aims to overcome partial views and consolidate a holistic vision, harmonizing physical reality with its cadastral and registry representations. It facilitates the integration of technical and legal professionals, improves institutional coordination, and promotes the development of the outer space sector and the regulation of Outer Space. It provides a comprehensive legal structure for Cartography, Topography, Advocacy, Notary, Real Estate Cadastre, Property Registration, and activities in Outer Space. Additionally, it addresses the coordination between Civil and Military Dual Use in geospatial and aerospace industries to prevent smuggling and terrorism.
