    En este artículo se examina la posible influencia de las dinámicas discriminatorias identificadas por Terradillos Basoco en la política criminal contemporánea, descritas bajo los conceptos de aporofobia y plutofilia, en el contexto del Derecho penal militar. El estudio se centra en los delitos contra el patrimonio militar regulados en el Título V del Libro II del Código Penal Militar de 2015 con un doble objetivo: evaluar si estas tendencias se reflejan en la configuración y aplicación de estos delitos e identificar otras posibles manifestaciones específicas dentro del ámbito castrense.

    This article explores the potential influence of the discriminatory dynamics outlined by Terradillos Basoco in contemporary criminal policy, articulated through the concepts of aporophobia and plutophilia, within the framework of Military Criminal Law. The article centers on property offenses in the military context, as regulated in Title V of Book II of the 2015 Military Criminal Code. The aim is twofold: first, to evaluate whether these trends are evident in the structure and enforcement of these offenses, and second, to identify any other specific manifestations within the military context.
