    Este artículo trata de la configuración de los microtextos teniendo en cuenta los fundamentos retóricos y culturales de estos textos. La brevedad textual, la intensidad semántica, la masa y la densidad del referente y el significado, la fuerza semántica y la tensión de la interpretación son elementos constituyentes del microtextema, unidad del sistema. La acción conjunta de estos elementos desemboca en una presión comunicativa de base pragmática y retórica. En el artículo se presta especial atención al papel de la impronta aforística en microtextos situados más allá del aforismo, así como al microrrelato como un subgénero narrativo de gran desarrollo y aceptación actual. La situación de algunos microtextos en el patrimonio cultural textual es considerada en cuanto a su contribución a la base retórico-cultural del microtextema.

    This article deals with the configuration of microtexts taking into account the rhetorical and cultural foundations of these texts. The textual brevity, the semantic intensity, the mass and density of referent and meaning, the semantic strength, and the tension in interpretation are constituent elements of the micro-texteme, that is a unit of system. The joint action of these elements results in a communicative pressure that is pragmatically and rhetorically based. Special attention is paid in the article to the role of aphoristic imprint in microtexts beyond aphorism, as well as to short short story (short tale) as a narrative sub-genre with a current great development and acceptance. The status of some microtexts in the textual cultural heritage is viewed as to its contribution to the rhetorical-cultural basis of micro-texteme.
