    En el presente trabajo se analizará la situación de la Administración de Justicia y la tecnología ¿está preparada para que se implante inteligencia artificial y sustituya la función del juzgador o es imposible? En el segundo caso, debe considerarse como un mecanismo adecuado para optimizar el tiempo y ayudar en el proceso de tramitación y la búsqueda de jurisprudencia fundamentar el dictado de resoluciones. Son múltiples las cuestiones que suscita la IA, como la seguridad, protección de datos, ética o los sesgos de los algoritmos que suponen riesgos para los principios generales como son la igualdad o imparcialidad de los justiciables. También se estudiará la perspectiva a futuro de la IA y los proyectos que se están implementando y testeando para mejorar el servicio público de justicia española.

    In this work the situation of the Administration of Justice and technology will be analyzed. Is it prepared for artificial intelligence to be implemented and replace the role of the judge or is it impossible? In the second case, it should be considered as an appropriate mechanism to optimize time and help in the processing process and the search for jurisprudence that helps to support the issuance of resolutions. There are multiple issues raised by AI, such as security, data protection, ethics or the biases of algorithms that pose risks to general principles such as the equality or impartiality of the defendants. The future perspective of AI and the projects that are being implemented and tested to improve the Spanish public justice service will also be studied.
