Resumen de Sistemas informáticos aplicados desde la economía en el sector hotelero en el barrio a partir de la pandemia Covid-19

El turismo a nivel mundial fue uno de los grandes perjudicados por la pandemia Covid-19; según la OMT la llegada de los turistas se reduce en un 74% para el periodo 2020 respecto a los datos del año anterior; esto, teniendo en cuenta las medidas y protocolos impuestos por los gobiernos para disminuir el contagio. Las restricciones afectaron directamente la actividad turística de alojamiento ejercida a nivel nacional e internacional; específicamente, el municipio de Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca conocido como la Capital Salinera de Colombia; donde cada año nacionales y extranjeros visitan la Catedral de Sal y por consiguiente, buscan un lugar para hospedarse; de allí la importancia de la investigación puesto que las entidades hoteleras presentaron varias dificultades para seguir en el mercado. La presente investigación, es de carácter descriptivo con enfoque mixto; puesto que se espera conocer la situación actual de cada uno de los hoteles del Barrio Estación Salinas.

Tourism worldwide was one of the great victims of the Covid-19 pandemic; According to the UNWTO, the arrival of tourists is reduced by 74% for the 2020 period compared to the data from the previous year; this, taking into account the measures and protocols imposed by governments to reduce contagion. The restrictions directly affected the tourist accommodation activity carried out at the national and international level; specifically, the municipality of Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca known as the Salt Capital of Colombia; where every year nationals and foreigners visit the Salt Cathedral and therefore look for a place to stay; hence the importance of the investigation since the hotel entities presented several difficulties to continue in the market. The present investigation is of a descriptive nature with a mixed approach; since it is expected to know the current situation of each of the hotels in the Barrio Estación Salinas.
