  • This paper considers the possibilities for man to share with nature the most valuable resource - land, so that man uses land only when he needs land. For this purpose, it is necessary tochange the way the city is organised, raising the street above the ground and reducing the need formovement, replacing partially horizontal movements with vertical ones, gathering all functions intouniversal modules.
