En el presente trabajo se da a conocer el efecto del Bono de Desarrollo Humano en la condición socio-económica de los habitantes de la zona urbana del cantón chambo Provincia de Chimborazo en el desarrollo de la investigación podremos ver que la brecha entre pobres y ricos, entre naciones más desarrolladas y más pobres, es un abismo que se amplía. La globalización del sistema económico está trastocando los procesos políticos y económicos, las relaciones entre naciones y la vida social y cultural a nivel mundial. Es un proceso generalizado e irreversible, que favorece sólo a un sector de la sociedad y excluye a una gran parte de la humanidad.
La primer parte tenemos la Introducción en donde se encuentra los diversos aspectos que componen la investigación desarrollada.
La segunda parte trata del Desarrollo en que contiene aspectos como: el Bono de Desarrollo Humano, su origen, objetivos, aspectos legales, también se verá la condición socioeconómica, teorías del desarrollo y modernización, subdesarrollo, pobreza, medición de la pobreza, hablaremos de las características económicas del Cantón Chambo Provincia de Chimborazo, Indicaremos la evolución, beneficiarios, puntos de cobro, instituciones financieras en donde acuden los beneficiarios a cobrar el bono, financiamiento y crecimiento del Bono de Desarrollo Humano.
La tercera parte la exposición del análisis de los resultados de la investigación sobre el Marco Metodológico, la unidad abarca métodos y técnicas a seguir para el manejo adecuado de la información obtenida.
La Cuarta parte se presenta las conclusiones a las que se llegó al realizar esta investigación.

In the present work is given to know the effect of the bond of Human Development in the socio-economic status of the inhabitants of the urban area of Chimborazo Province Chambo Canton, in the development of the research that we will be able to see the gap between rich and poor, between more developed nations and poorer, is an abyss that is wide. The globalization of the economic system is ruining the political and economic processes, the relations between nations, and the social and cultural life at the global level. It is a widespread and irreversible process, which favors only a sector of society and excludes a large part of humanity.
The first chapter corresponds to the reference framework, where is the approach to the problem, its formulation, the objectives and the rationale of the developed research.
The second chapter deals with the theoretical framework. Which contains aspects such as: the bonus of Human Development, its origins, objectives, legal aspects, will also be the socio-economic status, theories of development and modernization, underdevelopment, poverty, poverty measurement, let's talk about the economic characteristics of the Canton Chambo.
The third chapter indicate evolution, beneficiaries, collection points, financial institutions where beneficiaries come to collect the bonus, growth financing and Human Development Grant.
The fourth chapter analyzes the exposure of the results of research on the methodological framework, the unit covers methods and techniques to be followed for the proper handling of the information obtained and the determination of the sample and testing the hypothesis.
The fifth presents the issues discussed as are the conclusions and recommendations that were reached in doing this research.
