    The author carefully analyses the three recent Supreme Court rulings on the respective agreements to modify the POM and PGOU of the City Councils of Talavera de la Reina and Burgos, and the establishment of a Special Urban Development Plan for the regulation of gambling in the city of Barcelona. The author considers these rulings to be very important as they will determine the requirements that, in the future, must be raised, based on subject matter and competence, by the corresponding administrations in the urban planning and management models in the specific reference to gambling premises
