    Existen muchos aspectos de la Fórmula 1 que son objeto de regulación por parte de la FIA (Federación Internacional del Automóvil). Nuestro objetivo con este trabajo es entender y analizar todos sus aspectos legales desde el punto del derecho deportivo: origen y creación de la competición, impacto y prestigio actuales. Además, abordaremosmos el papel de la FIA y de las Federaciones Nacionales, para finalizar con el estudio de cómo se organizan los Grandes Premios.

    As of today, many aspects of Formula 1 are regulated by the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile). Therefore, the objective of this master’s thesis is to conduct a study to understand and analyze all the legal aspects that encompass this practice from the point of view of sports law. There are many aspects of Formula 1 that are subject to regulation by the FIA (International Automobile Federation). Our objective with this work is to understand and analyze all its legal aspects from the point of view of sports law: origin and creation of the competition, current impact and prestige. In addition, we will address the role of the FIA and the National Federations, to conclude with the study of how the Grand Prix are organized.
