    En el artículo se abordará el contexto laboral deportivo de las deportistas, especialmente en el baloncesto y en el fútbol, desde una perspectiva comparativa entre el nivel internacional y en el estatal (en España). Se trata de exponer las medidas que el deporte norteamericano ha ido implementando en el ámbito laboral de las jugadoras profesionales y cómo benefician a la profesionalización del resto de deportes como es el fútbol.
