    En este artículo analizamos la nueva Ley 2/2023, de 30 de marzo, de la actividad física y del deporte del País Vasco. Especialmente nos centramos en aquellos aspectos que, jurídicamente, generan más interés, como es la configuración de las entidades deportivas, la organización administrativa o el régimen disciplinario deportivo. Igualmente, al ser la primera ley aprobada tras la renovación del marco legislativo estatal, se aprovecha este trabajo para comparar diferencias y similitudes entre ambos textos.

    In this article we analyze the new Law 2/2023, of March 30, on physical activity and sport in the Basque Country, making a general review of its content. We especially focus on those aspects that, legally, generate the most interest, such as the configuration of sports entities, the administrative organization or the sports disciplinary regime. Likewise, as it is the first law approved after the renewal of the state legislative framework, this work is used to compare differences and similarities between both texts.
