    Ruidos, murmullos y silencios residen en cada trazo que la escritura literaria y la escritura jurídica imprimen. El signo se encuentra indeterminado. El abismo, la angustia que genera transitar ese espacio en donde se debe decidir y juzgar el sentido. El espacio que no se deja oír, que susurra en la ausencia, quizá sea ese que el lenguaje jurídico debe asir y explayar constantemente en cada propuesta epistemológica que desarrolla. Capaz de exponernos y despojarnos de nuestras perspectivas, lo literario nos invita a la lectura de El Proceso. Será un juego, una digresión, un diálogo o bien un espacio neutro entre el ser y el deber ser. Sea como fuere, el mero hecho de transitar nos exige una resignificación del espacio jurídico, aunque en ello invoquemos ruidos ajenos, murmullos mitológicos o simplemente silencios propios.

    Noises, murmurs and silences reside in every stroke printed by literary and legal writing. The sign is indeterminate. The abyss, the anguish generated by transiting that space where meaning must be decided and judged. The space that can not be heard, that whispers in the absence, is perhaps the one that the legal language must grasp and constantly expand in each epistemological proposal that it develops. Able to expose and strip us of our perspectives, literature invites us to read The Trial. It will be a game, a digression, a dialogue or a neutral space between what is and what ought to be. Be that as it may, the mere fact of transiting requires a resignification of the legal space, even if by doing so we invoke foreign noises, mythological murmurs or simply our own silences.
