    En este artículo analizamos los mecanismos de producción de angustia y culpa en el trabajo de Franz Kafka “El proceso”. Examinaremos algunos pasajes del texto y en ellos trataremos de señalar ciertos elementos del procedimiento de castigo (judicial y social-moral) y su reflexión sobre el auto-castigo subjetivo resultante de esta culpa. Al final, tenemos la intención de abordar la subjetividad de la metáfora de las “puertas de la ley” mencionadas en el penúltimo capítulo de este trabajo y sus correlaciones con la inevitable trayectoria de la subjetividad auto-culpable.

    The present work seeks to analyze the mechanisms of production of anguish and guilt in the work “The Process” by Franz Kafka. We will analyze some passages of the text and in them we will try to point out certain elements of the procedure of punishment (judicial and socialmoral) and its reflection of subjective self-punishment resulting from this guilt. In the end we intend to approach the subjectivity of the metaphor of the “doors of law” mentioned in the penultimate chapter of the work and its correlations with the inevitable guilt of subjectivity that blames itself.
