    Este ensayo explora el fenómeno de la intervención de monumentos y las luchas por lamemoria en el espacio público, centrándose en las intervenciones realizadas por mujeres feministas entre2020 y 2021 en La Paz, Bolivia. El enfoque evita caer en la mirada romántica indigenista y aborda el temadesde la intersección del feminismo y la descolonización. La metodología se basa en la revisión de fuentessecundarias y entrevistas con interventoras feministas (epistemología del sujeto conocido), así como en elanálisis de notas de prensa y redes sociales. Son reflejadas las inquietudes, experiencias y perspectivas delas interventoras, cuyas acciones generan incomodidad y posibilitan la impresión de memorias de mujeresviolentadas, resignificando el espacio público como estrategia de resistencia feminista.

    This essay explores the phenomenon of the intervention of monuments and the struggles formemory in the public space, focusing on the interventions carried out by feminist women between 2020and 2021 in La Paz, Bolivia. The approach avoids falling into the romantic indigenist gaze and addresses theissue from the intersection of feminism and decolonization. The methodology is based on the review ofsecondary sources and interviews with feminist interveners (epistemology of the known subject), as wellas the analysis of press releases and social networks. The concerns, experiences and perspectives of theinterveners are reflected, whose actions generate discomfort and make it possible to print memories ofviolated women, giving new meaning to the public space as a strategy of feminist resistance.
