    El trabajo contiene la historia sobre la integración de la dimensión ambiental al Plan de Estudio de la carrera de Licenciatura en Cultura Física en la Facultad de Cultura Física de Villa Clara. Sus objetivos son: fundamentar los presupuestos teóricos que sustentan el enfoque de la dimensión ambiental en el campo de la Cultura Física y en segundo lugar, ilustrar cómo se ha llevado a vías de hecho la integración de esta dimensión en el Plan de Estudio de Cultura Física, a partir de la experiencia realizada en la referida Facultad de Villa Clara, uno de los tantos centros que integran la red de la Universidad de Ciencias de la Cultura Física y el Deporte "Manuel Fajardo" en Cuba.

    The work contains the history on the integration from the environmental dimension to the Study Plan of Degree in Physical Culture in the Villa Clara Faculty. Their objectives are: to base the theoretical budgets that sustain the focus of the environmental dimension in the field of Physical Culture and in a second place, to illustrate how it has been taken to develope in fact the integration of this dimension in the Study Plan of Physical Culture, starting from the experience carried out in the one referred Faculty of Villa Clara, one of the so many centers that integrate the net of the UCCFD "Manuel Fajardo" in Cuba.
