    La presente investigación plantea como objetivo general en analizar cómo se está aplicando la objetividad de las autoridades fiscales para no vulnerar el proceso de los ciudadanos, siendo este principio una consecuencia directa del principio de legalidad y proporciona una guía esencial para la labor investigativa del Ministerio Público, implicando que tiene la obligación de investigar con el mismo rigor tanto los hechos que puedan aumentar la responsabilidad del imputado como aquellos que puedan exonerarlo, extinguirla o atenuarla. En la ejecución del tema investigativo se ha utilizado el enfoque cualitativo permitiendo un análisis de información textual, como revisiones bibliográficas, con el objetivo de interpretar y comprender el significado de los fenómenos estudiados. Los resultados demostraron que: la falta de objetividad en las autoridades fiscales afecta el debido proceso penal y la imparcialidad del sistema, lo que genera condenas erróneas y erosiona la confianza en la justicia.

    The general objective of this investigation is to analyze how the objectivity of the tax authorities is being applied so as not to violate the citizens' process, this principle being a direct consequence of the principle of legality and providing an essential guide for the investigative work of the Public Prosecutor's Office. , implying that it has the obligation to investigate with the same rigor both the facts that may increase the responsibility of the accused and those that may exonerate, extinguish or mitigate it. In the execution of the research topic, the qualitative approach has been used, allowing an analysis of textual information, such as bibliographic reviews, with the objective of interpreting and understanding the meaning of the studied phenomena. The results demonstrated that: the lack of objectivity in the prosecutorial authorities affects due criminal process and the impartiality of the system, which generates wrongful convictions and erodes trust in justice.
