    La presente monografía explora los caminos que permiten determinar la justiciabilidad de la educación, considerada como un derecho humano. En tal virtud, se plantea la interrogante de cuál es el contenido o sustancia del derecho a la educación y se examina el marco jurídico internacional de la educación, procediendo luego a sintetizar sus aspectos cruciales. Finalmente, el análisis nos lleva a visualizar las vías a través de las cuales se puede hacer efectiva la justiciabilidad del derecho a la educación, con el consiguiente impacto en la situación personal del afectado, en el sistema educativo y en la sociedad toda.

    This paper explores the ways for establishing the justiciability of education, considered a human right. It examines the content of the right to education and reviews the international legal framework of education, and then proceeds to summarize key aspects. Finally, the analysis leads us to visualize the pathways through which it can enforce the justiciability of the right to education, and the impact on the situation of the affected in the education system and the society.
