    Es un análisis cuantitativo de las actitudes ante las lenguas indígenas de Costa Rica por parte de estudiantes universitarios hispanocostarricenses. Hasta la fecha se desconocía la disposición de los estudiantes no indígenas y hablantes nativos del español ante el patrimonio lingüístico indígena y la posibilidad de aprender sobre estas lenguas para enriquecer su conocimiento académico y cultural.

    This article presents a quantitative analysis of the attitudes towards the indigenous languages of Costa Rica by Spanish-speaking Costa Rican university students. To date, little was known about the attitude of non-indigenous students and native speakers of Spanish toward indigenous linguistic heritage and toward the possibility of learning about these languages to enrich their academic and cultural knowledge.
