  • Resumen
    • Presently study seeks to value the possible modifications that it has more than eough different parameters of the menstrual cycle he/she can have the practice of a sport aciclic like it is the handball practiced by sportmen of half level. We have been worth ourselves from 202 female players to those that has been continued during a period of training, being carried out surveys related with dependent symptoms of the menstrual cyle. We reach the conclusion that she doesn't modify the age of menarquic for the fact of playing to handball of half level, independently of the age to which you begins to practice this sport. To carry out a sport of cometititon team, type handball, doesn't alter the menstrual cycles, neither it alters the perception of the pain during the menstruation and they also improve the psychic symptons during the lute phase of the menstrual cycle. The team sport during the age of the adolescence foments healthy attitudes, improving the self-esteem and diminishing the depressive symptons related with the lute phase of the menstrual cycle.
