• The Demographic Anthropology allow to state a mass hypothesis theory trying to explain the bio-cultural process about human adaptation in relation with its dynamic populations, beginning position to consolidate the mortally analysis through the epidemiological line transition with the aim of Historical Demographic tools, applied in an poblational sector (younger that 16 years) that was registered 2506 cases (1277 men and 1229 women) gotten from funeral books out by Cardonal Parish jurisdiction, Hidalgo, during the period from 1846 to 1858. Finding historic population condition like otomi ethnic settlement has shown a causal death about infection illnesses with a lot of epidemic cases (smallpox, measles, cholera and typhoid) nowadays controlling.
