    El Servicio Interconfederal de Mediación y Arbitraje F.S.P (SIMA-FSP), es una institución tripartita constituida con forma jurídica de fundación estatal. En su patronato participan las organizaciones empresariales (CEOE y CEPYME) y sindicales (CCOO y UGT) firmantes del ASEC en el año 1996. Incorporándose en 2017 la Administración General del Estado, a través de la Secretaría del Estado de Empleo, momento en el cual se añadieron a su denominación las siglas F.S.P. (Fundación del Sector Público) quedando establecida como SIMA-FSP. Desde su constitución se ha configurado como una institución que tiene encomendada la gestión de los procedimientos y actuaciones regulados en cada uno de los sucesivos acuerdos que han venido regulando su actividad. Actualmente está en vigor el VI ASAC (Sexto Acuerdo sobre Solución Autónoma de Conflictos Laborales), suscrito el 26 de noviembre de 2020 (BOE n.o 334, de 23 de diciembre).

    The Interconfederal Mediation and Arbitration Service (SIMA in Spanish) is a tripartite institution established with the legal form of a state foundation. The business organizations (CEOE and CEPYME) and unions (CCOO and UGT) that signed the ASEC in 1996 participate in its board. State Administration joined in 2017, through the Secretary of Employment. Since its constitution, it has been configured as an institution that is entrusted with the management of the procedures and actions regulated in each of the successive agreements that have been regulating its activity. VI ASAC (Sixth Agreement on Autonomous Resolution of Labor Conflicts) is currently in force, signed on November 26, 2020.
