    The purpose of this article is to point out some peculiarities of the role played by the figure of Jesus in the writings of Nietzsche, especially in two passages in which the redeemer type takes place with clearly opposing traits. At first, in to the Genealogy of Morals, he appears as a instrument of revenge of the moral of the resentment and the second in The Antichrist, he comes just to translate a way of acting opposite to resentment and revenge. Faced with such antinomy, we intend to show, first, that the figure of the Redeemer, present in these passages does not refer to a univocal concept, valid for the whole of the philosopher work but earn different contours as the context in which it is inserted, and second, it is possible the convergence of these passages in view of the theme of resentment and criticism of Nietzsche Christianity that does not apply necessarily to the redeemer.

    O objetivo deste artigo é apontar algumas peculiaridades do papel desempenhado pela figura de Jesus nos escritos de Nietzsche, especialmente em duas passagens em que o tipo redentor tem lugar com traços claramente opostos. Na primeira, em Para a genealogia da moral, ele aparece como um instrumento de vingança da moral do ressentimento e, na segunda, em O Anticristo, ele surge justamente para traduzir um modo de agir oposto ao ressentimento e à sede de vingança. Frente a tal antinomia, pretendemos mostrar, primeiro, que a figura do redentor, presente nessas passagens, não remete a um conceito unívoco, válido para toda a obra do filósofo, mas ganha diferentes contornos conforme o contexto no qual está inserido e, segundo, que é possível uma convergência dessas passagens tendo em vista o tema do ressentimento e a crítica de Nietzsche ao cristianismo que não se aplica, necessariamente, ao redentor.
